As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination and implementation of professional hospice services while ensuring safe and cost-effective care. You will lead a team with purpose, guide new members during their orientation, and provide essential education on clinical practices and updates. Your role is vital in ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of care throughout their journey.

Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families, along with a passion for providing excellent care.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse.
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, such as home health or hospice. Demonstrated clinical and supervisory knowledge relevant to supervision responsibilities is preferred. Homecare Homebase EMR experience is also preferred.
Required: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs while effectively bearing the weight of an average adult.
