Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Site Delivery Lead located in Horsham, PA.
As a Site Delivery Lead in End User Services, you will dedicate yourself to delivering an exceptional technological experience with the highest standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination and Partnership : Responsible for coordinating and partnering across Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) on various products and services, including PC Health programs, Asset Management/PC Lifecycle Management, Print Services, AV Technology Solutions and Support, Mobility Productivity/Collaboration, and Security & Risk Management.
Compliance and Operations : Ensure overall site operations are in good health and comply with all J&J corporate and local site standard operating procedures and processes. This includes applying Site and PC Health Metrics and tools.
Point of Contact : Act as the point of contact for on-site critical issues, incidents, and service requests to IT partners and business clients. You will also recommend process improvements and propose cost-saving or cost-avoidance solutions.
Communication : Provide written and verbal communications, such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to Information Technology and business partners.
Projects : Implement required tasks for local, regional and/or global projects and activities undertaken in support of its mission, timely and consistently. Actively participate in campus upgrades and various technology deployments.
Vendor and Supplier Evaluation: Partner with JJT Shared Services, suppliers, and vendors to evaluate software, hardware, or services to improve end user experience.
Security: Ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified and protected by aligning with and enforcing all local and worldwide security policies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years or equivalent experience of dynamic technical support experience in a global enterprise environment; preferred healthcare technology.
Significant knowledge of Cloud, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and cellular technologies. Proficient in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and productivity applications, with deep understanding of the latest Windows and Mac OS computers, laptops, iOS mobile technologies, AV systems, and collaboration platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
Solid understanding of Cybersecurity related Risks and threats.
Project management facilitation is required to manage changes, coordinate assets and identify and remediate risks.
Apply knowledge of industry standard methodologies and demonstrate continual learning of integrated technologies through peer-to-peer and self-study.
Hands-on role problem-solving with outstanding judgment, expertise, independent work ethic, while anticipating customer needs to proactively develop and provide solutions.
Exhibiting critical thinking skills and a sense of autonomy while maintaining composure, confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in a demanding environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to write and speak clearly and effectively, within a multi-functional environment.
Preferred:
Proficiency using Service Now, and other standard IT tools like Zscaler or similar VPN technology, Nexthink, Power BI.
Experience supporting a VIP customer base, writing communications, and delivery of solutions.
Basic understanding of ITIL Framework including standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
Other:
On call for after-hours or weekends support as needed for critical issues or changes in the environment (scheduled or unscheduled).
This position reports directly to Manager, Site Delivery.
