Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in data and AI/ML projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions, leveraging modern tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborated with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for AI/ML initiatives.

Interpreted data using SQL, Python, and Excel to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Created dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

Applied AI/ML concepts such as NLP, predictive modeling, and clustering to solve business problems.

Worked with relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres to extract and manage data.

Supported data warehousing and cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AI/ML environments.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and data modeling techniques.

Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.

Domain knowledge in industries like finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.
