Injection Molding Operations Manager - RJG eDART

Responsibilities:

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness): Drive machine uptime and efficiency.

Labor Productivity: Reduce headcount through automation and improved shift balancing.

Inventory Reduction: Achieve leaner inventory levels with real-time scanning and optimized dock lane usage.

Scrap & Defect Rate: Reduce waste and improve first-pass yield quality.

On-Time Delivery: Maintain 100% JIT compliance for Ford, Volvo, and Mack programs.

Safety Performance: Improve compliance and reduce safety incidents.

This role will lead strategic IMM projects, including the implementation of RJG eDART systems, a real-time scheduler for injection presses, and IMM tooling optimization initiatives.
