Job Details

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects, including OSHPD/HCAi-regulated facilities. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality work in commercial and medical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the project from start to finish — planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

Oversee daily project operations, making sure the schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAi standards and safety regulations on healthcare projects.

Track project performance, safety, and quality using CMiC and other tools.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain safety standards.

Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or healthcare construction.

Strong knowledge of OSHPD/HCAi requirements is ideal, but required for this specific project. Could be great for future healthcare projects.

Proficient in construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.

Skilled in CMiC or similar construction management software.

Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Excellent communicator and problem solver.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
