Job Description

We are looking for a skilled .Net Web Developer to join a growing team! This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications (and software if desired) using modern technologies like Blazor - BUT NOT NEEDED - COME LEARN IT! . The ideal candidate will have experience in both front-end and back-end development (common scripting and making calls) and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment - MUST HAVE that! This is a DIRECT HIRE ONLY and must be READILY AVAILABLE TO BE ONSITE (Hybrid work model) !

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications using .NET, C#, and JavaScript to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. (This can be New Development, Migrations, Maintenance and/or Project Work)

• Implement and maintain database integrations (Including writing and optimizing backend scripts and ability to call the database).

• Collaborate with team members to create and refine user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience (YES, interact with them, project scope, each lunch (if needed), and talk with end users).

• Develop and test web pages and applications to ensure functionality and performance. (There's QA but do some of your own testing)

• Work with modern frameworks, such as React, and understand concepts related to Python-based design. (If you don't have .net, this is fine, as you should understand the concepts)

• Participate in large-scale project development, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. (Yes, Large project work experience is important)

• Utilize Blazor to enhance application functionality when applicable. (Modern TECH but not needed, just a bonus!)

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end databases. (Like above, there is a QA team but this is needed too)

• Facilitate effective communication within the team to align on project goals and deliverables. (Time tracking purposes)• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript development.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and backend scripting.

• Familiarity with full-stack development, including database integration and API calls.

• Understanding of modern web frameworks such as React, with a willingness to learn Python concepts.

• Experience with Blazor is a plus, but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Prior experience working on large-scale projects with a focus on scalability and performance.
