We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment while handling high-volume recruiting needs. The role combines full-cycle recruitment tasks with administrative responsibilities, offering a hybrid work schedule after initial on-site training.
Responsibilities:
• Manage 60-80 open job requisitions simultaneously to meet staffing goals.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles such as Patient Access, Customer Service, Administrative, and Front Desk positions.
• Utilize tools like on-demand video interviews and self-scheduling to streamline the hiring process.
• Oversee the offer process, ensuring smooth transitions into background checks and compliance procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain dashboards to manage job openings effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and departments to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
• Ensure adherence to vaccination requirements and compliance standards during the onboarding process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Provide excellent communication and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment with 60+ open requisitions.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools such as ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms like CareerBuilder and CRM systems.
• Strong background in conducting background checks and ensuring compliance.
• Effective communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and dashboards efficiently.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry hiring practices is a plus.
• Must provide proof of required vaccinations as part of compliance.
