Job Requirements
The Program Manager will be a customer advocate, build a team of engineers, monitoring the team’s work, mitigate areas of concern, and support proposals for future work. This project is leading the controls team for developing the network and controls for a Nuclear Power Plant.
Perform project management and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth communications and service delivery over full engineering lifecycle, between client and end users.
Build a team through hiring and training to support the customer and future initiatives
Be responsible for project planning and oversight of planned activities from beginning to end.
Keep track of work in progress, collaborate with suppliers, handle risks, and ensure projects are completed per schedule.
Service as customer advocate between internal technical teams and customer.
Provide weekly and monthly updates to the customer and Quest Global leadership on progress of staffing, deliverables, etc
Identify and prioritize customer issues and coordinate with internal team to do PSR, RCAs, etc
Work on proposals by creating project charter, Statements of Work, and related project documents.
Lead creation and management of change control procedure, product roadmap, risk register and build release procedure.
Work Experience
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
5+ years of experience in Controls Engineering (preferable nuclear controls).
5+ year of experience in project management, hiring, reporting, etc.
Travel to customer sites as needed (~10%)Company Description
