Now Hiring: Repack Order Selector – Rome, NY

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift: 2nd (Full-Time)

Location: Rome, New York Position Overview

As a Repack Order Selector, you’ll be responsible for picking and labeling merchandise from various zones within the distribution center. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help ensure that customer orders are prepared correctly and on time. ️Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and label merchandise from primary pick locations

Identify correct units of measure and handle damaged items appropriately

Prepare and stage orders for customer delivery

Meet established quality and productivity standards

Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures

Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to housekeeping guidelines Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners

Ability to lift 60–80 lbs regularly

Strong communication, organizational, and math skills

High school diploma preferred

Power Equipment Certification is a plus

Willingness to work overtime as needed

Excellent attendance and reliability

Ability to work well with other departments and management

Strong problem-solving and record-keeping abilities

You’ll work in a dynamic warehouse setting using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. The role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and may involve overtime. Collaboration across departments is encouraged in our positive, team-oriented culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
