Responsibilities:

• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.

• Prepare and manage bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Analyze gross profit margins and provide detailed reports to support business decisions.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

• Handle payroll processes, ensuring compliance and precision.

• Manage inventory accounting and monitor related transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance accounting procedures and streamline operations.

• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the accounting department.• Proven experience in financial analysis and variance reporting.

• Strong proficiency in performing bank reconciliations.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze gross profit and other financial metrics.

• Expertise in preparing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

• Familiarity with payroll processes and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of inventory accounting and related systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
