Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the finishing processes for aircraft cabinetry, ensuring high-quality standards are met. - Manage and train a team of finishers, providing guidance and support for skill development. - Collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety protocols in the finish area. - Maintain inventory of finishing materials and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Aviation cabinetry finishing or woodworking industry.

Strong understanding of finish applications, materials, and techniques used in cabinetry.
