Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder for our team. The role primarily involves TIG welding on stainless steel and MIG welding on aluminum to assemble hand railings for commercial and residential properties. The position is on the first shift, operating from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Fridays, with occasional full-day or Saturday shifts as needed.
Responsibilities
Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and MIG welding on aluminum.
Assemble hand railings and stair rails for both commercial and residential properties.
Complete a simple onsite weld test, including horizontal and vertical welds.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Work on feet throughout the shift.
Handle welding tasks on 16-18” gauge materials.Essential Skills
Proficiency in TIG welding with experience required.
Ability to perform MIG welding.
Blueprint and schematic reading skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salisbury, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
