Responsibilities:

Helps clients with vehicle selection, promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies

Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion

Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle features, operation, warranty, and servicing requirements

Maintains accurate sales documentation

Experience using a CRM- Preferably CDK a plus.

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required

Performs other duties as assignedRequirements:

Requirements

New or Used Car sales experience a plus

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others

Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close

Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time

Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license

Basic computer and internet skills

Experience using a CRM- Preferably CDK
