We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a global organization, where you will play a critical role in managing and executing our indirect procurement strategy. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of indirect procurement, including IT, enterprise platforms, and cloud contracts. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's leading software and technology platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Infor, and Palo Alto.

Responsibilities:

As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will:

1. Develop and implement an effective indirect procurement strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.

2. Manage and control the indirect spend across various categories including IT, enterprise platforms, and cloud contracts.

3. Lead the negotiation and management of contracts with suppliers, ensuring the best value for the company.

4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the procurement strategy supports these requirements.

5. Work closely with IT to manage the procurement of enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Infor, and Palo Alto.

6. Oversee the procurement process for cloud contracts, including MCA/ULA agreements and cloud implementations.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the company's supply needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

8. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to identify areas of improvement.

9. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their objectives.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a focus on IT, enterprise platforms, and cloud contracts.

2. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation techniques.

3. Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Infor, and Palo Alto.

4. Experience managing MCA/ULA agreements and cloud implementations.

5. Strong IT procurement skills, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.

8. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

9. A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
