Position: IT ADMINISTRATOR

Location: DES MOINES, IA --- ONSITE

Salary: UP TO $70,000 BASE ANNUAL SALARY PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS

Key Responsibilities:

§ Resolve issues for office and field staff related to desktops, hardware, software, phones, iPads, laptops.

§ Asset management, employee provisioning, and vendor coordination.

§ Microsoft Office support and assistance with the ERP transition.

§ Five days onsite with occasional day travel for IT projects at other locations.

What You Bring:

§ Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience

§ 5+ years of Desktop, Helpdesk, Software, Hardware, Phones, Laptops and peripheral device support.

§ A plus: system, network, security administration.

§ Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment.

§ Excellent communication, attention to detail and customer service skills.
