Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain customer and order information in company systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Process and manage customer orders, including creation, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Validate order details such as product specifications, pricing, quantities, and shipping instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to address order discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment updates.
• Conduct regular audits of processed data to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and provide prompt updates.
• Generate reports related to sales, order management, and inventory using company tools.
• Adhere to company policies concerning data security and confidentiality.• Proven experience in data entry or order entry roles, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong skills in billing functions and order management processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment.
• Solid communication skills for collaborating with teams and responding to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with generating and analyzing reports related to orders and inventory.
• Understanding of data security and confidentiality protocols.
