Electronic Bench Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Bench Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and assemblies used in aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-reliability electronic hardware, precision measurement tools, and be comfortable reading schematics and working from engineering documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, subassemblies, and circuit boards using standard bench equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.).

Diagnose faults to the component level and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, technical drawings, and written work instructions.

Assemble and disassemble electronic units as required for repair and analysis.

Record and document test results, repair actions, and work performed in accordance with quality and traceability standards.

Calibrate and maintain test equipment in accordance with internal procedures.

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.

Adhere to ESD and cleanroom protocols, as well as industry safety and compliance standards.
