Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects in the construction industry. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering projects efficiently and cost-effectively. Based in New York, New York, the position involves close collaboration with various departments and on-site construction work.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all phases of related construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality standards.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Drafting, and other departments to streamline processes and achieve project milestones.
• Interpret and utilize blueprints and shop drawings to guide project execution.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams working on-site, ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilize tools such as Bluebeam to manage project documentation and workflows effectively.
• Prepare and review bid documents, proposals, and RFPs to support project initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain clear and precise communication with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
• Apply expertise in glass industry, millwork, or exterior façade construction to enhance project outcomes.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, including blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of the glass industry, carpentry/millwork, or exterior façade construction.
• Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam for project planning and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory; experience will be prioritized over formal education.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing bid documents, RFPs, and managing procurement processes.
