Position Summary:
We’re hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives who are excited to learn and grow within a team-oriented sales environment. You'll receive paid training at our Chino Hills headquarters, then work in-store at one of our Southern California retail locations. This is a great opportunity to build your communication, customer service, and sales skills in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.
Job Duties:
Engage with walk-in customers in a retail environment
Provide information about wireless plans, mobile devices, and accessories
Help customers with new service activations, upgrades, and plan adjustments
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions and products
Reach and exceed daily/weekly sales goals
Work with team leaders to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Accurately handle transactions and follow compliance protocols
Locations After Training (commute required):
Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Highland, CA
Monterey Park, CA
Commerce, CA
Pay Structure:
Hourly Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience
Commissions: Uncapped, performance-based commissions paid weekly

Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation for training and store assignments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Work Environment:
Face-to-face sales inside major retail store locations (not door-to-door or telemarketing)
