Roller Operator / Water Truck Driver
Location: St. Petersburg, FL (Must be willing to travel to Holiday, FL if needed)
Pay: $19/hr
Industry: Site Development & Construction
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Roller Operator who can also operate a Water Truck for a full-time position with a site development construction company.
Responsibilities:
Operate roller equipment to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials to meet job specifications
Safely operate a water truck to control dust and moisten soil at job sites
Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
Assist with general labor and site prep as needed
Follow instructions from site supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company safety protocols
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a roller and water truck
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to Holiday, FL if required
Must have PPE: hard hat, safety vest, steel toe boots
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to safety
