Job Title: Heat Treater Helper
Job Description
As a Heat Treater Helper, you will play an integral role in the heat treat process, which begins after screws are manufactured. You will be responsible for transferring screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building, ensuring they are properly placed within metal racks for coating during the furnace process.
Responsibilities
Transfer 12-18 inch bolts to metal racks individually.
Ensure proper placement for adequate coating in the heat treat furnace.
Maintain a standing position for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Collaborate with heat treat operators in a team environment.Essential Skills
General production experience.
Racking and labor skills.
Experience in general labor, construction, and packaging.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment
Work within a state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility, primarily on weekends. The role requires standing for 12 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Collaborate with heat treat operators and enjoy the benefits of temperature-controlled racking rooms currently being developed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
