Robert Half is hiring! We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This role is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation and integration of IT systems, with a focus on supporting enterprise software and optimizing business processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting, programming, and collaborating across various functional areas while maintaining high standards of documentation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Provide configuration, programming, and troubleshooting support for enterprise systems, with a focus on SD and WM modules.
• Develop and maintain EDI interfaces using Seeburger software to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms.
• Analyze and implement customer-specific system requirements to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and manage IT projects that enhance organizational efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation for systems and processes.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues impacting front-office and warehouse operations.
• Utilize programming skills to support business tools, such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, and Office applications.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting for various IT processes and projects to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate selected IT projects with internal shared service centers to align with organizational goals.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of IT experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, particularly SD and WM modules.
• Familiarity with Seeburger software for handling integrations and transactions.
• Proficiency in Access, including Visual Basic programming, is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, networking protocols, and Windows infrastructure is a plus.
• Availability to work extended hours and during non-business hours as needed.
