Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable process
• Utilize QuickBooks to record and maintain financial transactions.
• Assist with filing and organizing financial documents for easy retrieval.
• Process invoice entries efficiently and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members in other departments as needed to complete weekly tasks
• Assist with special projects and other work as assigned by manager
