The AIR-5428 Program is undergoing a series of Continuous Improvement and Efficiency (CIE) Projects to optimise processes, promote a collaborative operating environment between customer and industry partners, and enable a data-driven culture across the Program.
Your responsibilities will include:
Under the guidance of the CIE Lead, the Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Analyst is responsible for the following and more:
Support process improvement activities to automate, integrate and streamline the program processes.
Investigate a range of system capabilities to support process optimisation initiatives
Champion change and drive a culture of enthusiasm for improvement across Program through education.
Develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders to enable continuous delivery and support for CIE Projects
Facilitate Meetings and Workshops including, but not limited to, Lessons Learnt activities
Perform Gap Analysis’ to support the identification of areas for Process Improvement
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrated the following experience:
Experience in effective requirement elicitation and management
Demonstrated experience in critical problem solving and systems thinking
Demonstrated experience in Digital Transformation and Change Management.
Strong experience in facilitating workshops and developing and delivering training material.
Special Requirements:
