Now Hiring: Repack Order Selector – 1st Shift Rome, NY

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift (Full-Time)

Location: Rome, New York Position Overview

As a Repack Order Selector, you’ll play a key role in preparing merchandise for shipment by accurately picking, labeling, and staging products. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. ️Key Responsibilities

Pick and label merchandise accurately from designated pick zones

Identify correct units of measure and handle damaged goods appropriately

Prepare and stage orders for customer delivery

Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks

Follow supervisor instructions and company procedures

Support a clean and organized work environment Qualifications & Skills

Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners

Ability to lift 60–80 lbs regularly

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic math and record-keeping abilities

High school diploma preferred

Power Equipment Certification is a plus

Willingness to work overtime as needed

You’ll work in a dynamic warehouse setting with cross-department collaboration. Safety, reliability, and teamwork are essential. Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
