We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing accurate information and handling inquiries professionally.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
• Coordinate email correspondence, responding promptly and appropriately to inquiries.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and handling office supplies.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook to draft documents and manage communications.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word for daily tasks.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills to manage files and maintain order.
