Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst II to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise to end-users, ensuring the seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems. This is a fully on-site position requiring strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and system management.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct desktop support to end-users, addressing technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems running on Windows and Mac OS X platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems for devices on both wired and wireless networks.
• Offer technical assistance for mobile platforms including iOS and Android devices.
• Utilize Microsoft Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions effectively.
• Deploy and maintain standard system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
• Monitor systems and resolve incidents or service requests through Microsoft System Center Suite.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document support activities and maintain accurate records of technical solutions provided.

• At least two years of hands-on experience providing desktop support in an IT environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and Mac OS X systems.
• Familiarity with diagnosing network connectivity issues on wired and wireless networks.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and Active Directory.
• Competence in using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit for system image management.
• Understanding of the Microsoft System Center Suite for handling incidents, service requests, and monitoring systems.
