This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with sales teams, creative professionals, and senior marketing leaders to drive impactful projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align project goals with business objectives.

• Manage expectations and navigate fast-paced environments to ensure seamless project execution.

• Guide creative teams by providing clear briefs and deliverables in partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager.

• Utilize eCommerce expertise to enhance project strategies and outcomes.

• Leverage tools such as Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows.

• Monitor budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation to meet project requirements.

• Implement and oversee cloud-based technologies and CRM systems to support project operations.

• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles.

• Analyze project performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and creative professionals.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce principles and strategies.

• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Agile Scrum methodologies, and cloud-based technologies.

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

• Familiarity with briefing creative teams and delivering high-quality project outcomes.
