Are you an experienced Maintenance Leader with a strong electrical background and a passion for driving results on the production floor?

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Engineering Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance processes across all operating shifts in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic planning, team development, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for maintenance, equipment handling, and safety.

Lead a Safety-First culture, championing 5S practices and enforcing all safety standards.

Manage facilities systems—power, compressed air, vacuum, hydraulics, and more.

Supervise internal staff and external contractors for repairs, installations, and upgrades.

Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and facility documentation.

Drive continuous improvement by recommending layout changes, new technologies, and process enhancements.

Create and maintain Standard Work Instructions and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and guide the team in hands-on repairs.

Coordinate the purchase of materials, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Support cross-functional operations with reporting, capacity planning, and delay mitigation.

Vendor management and cross department collaboration

What You Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field strongly preferred (or equivalent experience).

8+ years in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintaining complex systems.

Strong knowledge of LOTO procedures, schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic.

Practical experience in plastics processing is a plus.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including off-shifts, for training or observation.
