Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dayforce Product Owner to oversee the management, optimization, and support of the Dayforce system. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining system compliance, and providing user assistance while aligning with company policies and legal standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and maintain Dayforce modules, including Benefits, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Time & Attendance, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including testing, implementing updates, and applying patches, in coordination with subject matter experts.

• Maintain system tables, control user access, and document procedures and results to ensure system integrity.

• Provide production support by investigating and resolving system issues, recommending solutions, and identifying alternative processes to meet requirements.

• Create and deliver training sessions, develop user guides, and provide support to new system users.

• Monitor industry trends in HR systems to enhance product development, service delivery, and system support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.

• Analyze system data and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes effectively.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to build trust and encourage collaboration.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resource management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. A master’s degree is preferred.

• 6-8 years of relevant experience, with advanced expertise in Dayforce Ceridian HR modules such as Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation, and Payroll.

• Certification in Dayforce Ceridian is required.

• Project Management credential (PMP) and HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex system configurations and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and lookup functions.

• Experience with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Active Directory, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
