Cash Applications Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring for a Cash Applications Specialist in Wauwatosa, WI. This role will focus on check, ACH, and credit card payments but also assist with billing inquiries and customer follow up. If you have at least three years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Cash Applications Specialist Responsibilities:

Daily cash posting to customer accounts

Work in customer billing portals

Resolve billing inquiries

Manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

Three or more years of cash applications experience

Detail oriented and analytical to work through complex issues

Ability to work in a higher volume setting

System savvy utilizing accounting softwares and portals

Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
