Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client to find an experienced Millwright Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is a direct hire position with 100% travel required, overseeing machinery and equipment installation and maintenance across various U.S. job sites. Candidates can be located anywhere in the continental United States!

Millwright Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead millwright crews at industrial job sites.

Install, maintain, align, and repair machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems per technical drawings and specifications.

Operate heavy equipment (cranes, forklifts, aerial lifts) safely and efficiently.

Perform welding, cutting, and precision alignments.

Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate schedules, materials, and tools to meet project deadlines.

Maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients and internal teams.

Millwright Supervisor Requirements:

4+ years in a millwright supervisor role.

6+ years of hands-on millwright experience.

OSHA 30 certification required; NCCER preferred.

Strong rigging knowledge and heavy equipment operation.

Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and blueprint reading.

Experience with large equipment installation in Autostore or EV battery environments is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel demands.
