What will you be doing for this in-office position?
Accurately process vendor invoices including matching packing slips, obtaining approval for payment, general ledger coding, and data entry into accounting software.
Process and manage invoices integrated with practice management software (Cerner).
Assist in the processing of weekly checks and ACH payments.
Review expense reports and requests for reimbursement.
Assist with vendor set up and maintain vendor relationships.
Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and processed.
Open and organize accounts payable mail.
Run accounts payable reports.
Assist with 1099 preparation.
Other accounting projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years working in accounts payable
Integrity and honesty
Strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Sensitivity to confidential matters and information
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
Multiview and Cerner experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of general accounting/bookkeeping
