Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Punch List Technician "Punch Guy/Gal" to help us get apartment units move-in ready.
You’ll handle final touches, repairs, and make-readies—everything from drywall patching and painting to trim work, door adjustments, and basic plumbing/electrical fixes.
Responsibilities
Complete punch list items in newly built apartment units
Repair drywall, touch up paint, install trim, caulk, adjust doors and hardware
Minor plumbing (tightening faucets, fixing leaks) and electrical (replacing switches, outlets)
Walk units with supervisors and ensure quality meets final inspection standards
Work independently or as part of a small crew to hit tight timelines
Requirements
2+ years of punch work, finish carpentry, or general construction experience
Ability to read punch lists and work orders
Ability to read a tape
Comfortable with basic hand and power tools and HAVE YOUR OWN
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proud of a clean, finished look
Must have your own reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
