Job Description
Remote position with one day per week in office required
Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate with venues prior to events
Ensure compliance with event/venue requirements
Communicate and coordinate with outside vendors for events
Maintain event details on company software programs
Field customer questions
Assist clients and personnel with needs before, during, and after events
Oversee all planning activities for assigned events to ensure completion
Assist with placing labor calls
Assist with calculating and preparing budgets for events, as needed
Other general office duties as needed

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Previous experience in event planning or other related fields a plus
Knowledge of trade-show industry a plus
Knowledge of Adobe programs (Acrobat, Illustrator) a plus
