Theatre Server Job Description Summary
The Theatre Server position is responsible to set up tables and rooms according to maps, greet and seat guest, provide excellent service in serving food, beverage and desserts to ensure a quality experience at our establishment, communicate with management and other service staff regarding guest satisfaction.
Essential Job Dutiies and Responsabilites:
Check maps and work list
Set up dining area(s)
Assist with dining room clean up and sanitation
Attend “cue call”
Help seat guests
Knowledge of menu and beverage items
Serve beverages, food & desserts according to proper procedure
Clean and maintain station throughout service
Communicate any inquiries, special requests, complaints/compliments to Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
Respond to emergencies appropriately
Work as a team member and assist co-workers when needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Must have weekend availability
Atleast on year of prior serving experience
18+ years or older
Shifts/Pay
$11.13 an hour +tips, servers average $40 an hour with tips
Shifts Available (subject to change)
Monday: Special Events Only
Tuesday: 4:30PM-10:30PM
Wednesday: 9:30AM-3:30PM & 4:30PM-10:30PM
Thursday & Friday: 4:30PM-10:30PM
Saturday: 9:30AM-3:30PM & 4:30PM-10:30PM
Sunday: 3:30PM-9:30PM
