General Laborer - Construction Support

Job Description

Overview:

We’re hiring motivated and reliable Construction Laborers to support excavation, grading, pipework, prepwork, site cleanup, and more across Utah’s Wasatch Front. This is a great entry-level role for someone dependable, hard-working, and looking to build a career in the trades.

What You'll Do:

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials

Assist operators with trenching, backfilling, layout, pipe installation, and concrete prep

Light machinery and mechanical tool use (skid steer, trackhoe, roller, pump, drill, compacters, etc.)

Support the installation and cleanup of gravel, road base, fabric, trench boxes, trench plates, etc.

Shovel, rake, and compact soil and aggregates as directed

Learn from experienced crew leaders and gain new skills every week

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Able to lift 80+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions

Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and contribute to the team

No experience necessary – just the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability
