Things you must have & be

3 - 5 years of previous insurance experience

Current P&C License

Well-versed in carrier procedures and underwriting ( Mercury, Safeco, Travels, Progressive, etc. )

Fun, upbeat personality

A people person who enjoys conversing with clients

Eagerness to learn our procedures and be coachable

Self-motivation & eagerness to address challenges

Quick learner (or great note-taker)

Excellent grammar and business writing skills.

Basic computer application knowledge.

Jobs Tasks & Duties

Answering phones and greeting clients

Assisting clients with all policy changes & inquiries

Remarket clients and assist with rewrites

Work cross-sell opportunities.
