Job Description
Established retail company is looking for a customer service representative to join their team. This role would involve being the first point of contact for customers and providing world-class service. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, be tech-savvy and familiar with various computer systems, and have a positive, friendly attitude.
The position is paying up to $18/hour and they would to interview this week.
Hours: 8:30-5 pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone concerning products and product deliveries
Enter orders into internal systems and perform other data entry
Escalate customer concerns to management as needed
Enter correct information from customer interactions
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience- can be call center, retail, service industry, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with various computer systems
