Junior Compliance Analyst

· Marlborough, MA 01752

· Hybrid: Tues/Wed onsite --- Mon/Thurs/Fri remote

· Note: open to recent graduates

Pay Rate: $33.83 per hour W2 (~70k annual)

Duration: 1 year; temp to perm role

M-F, 40 hours per week

· Assists with efforts to align with all relevant global privacy and data protection laws in assigned jurisdictions while supporting Client's global business operations.

· Manages privacy intake processes including the Privacy Impact Questionnaire and Cookie Intake Questionnaire.

· Reviews various Privacy email inboxes and escalates issues to Privacy Ops group or other team members.

· Collaborates with associates in various departments throughout the company to gather information, promotes the goals of the program, conduct research and assessments, monitor and report progress of projects, and develop drafts.

· Attends periodic meetings on behalf of Privacy Team, tracking privacy-related issues and collaborating with business stakeholders.

· Ensures counter-signed privacy agreements are in place and updates vendor databases as needed.

· Stays current on privacy, data protection, and other compliance standard processes.

Qualifications:

· Background: Recent (Business, Economics, Cybersecurity) graduate OR 3-5 years of analyst/admin/coordination experience

· Skills: strong communication skills

· Tools: MS Excel required, SharePoint a plus Company Description
