Sales Representative – Account Executive
Location: Tennessee and Midwest Territory
Salary: $70,000-$90,000 + commission

We are expanding to Tennessee, and we’re looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Representative – Account Executive to help us grow our footprint across Nashville and the broader Midwest. What You’ll Do:
Identify and win new customer accounts throughout Tennessee and the Midwest
Cultivate long-term relationships built on trust, service, and follow-through
Partner closely with our operations, estimating, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
Help shape go-to-market strategy and provide input on new offerings for the region
Collaborate with leadership on marketing and lead-generation initiatives
Manage all aspects of client relationships post-sale, including follow-up and issue resolution
Use your technical knowledge to solve packaging and label challenges creatively
Bring hustle, grit, and professionalism to a team that loves to win and deliver
What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in pressure-sensitive labels, packaging, or cartons
Strong account and relevant market knowledge or strong network in the Midwest/Nashville area is a major plus
Experience in adjacent sectors (e.g., folding cartons, flexible packaging, commercial printing) is highly valued
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Technically curious, able to understand and explain complex print processes
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and energized by growth opportunities
Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
