Maintenance supervisor and maintenance technician

Job Description

The responsibilities will include; general repairs to rental units / common areas of buildings and grounds, vacant unit preparation, trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, accepting deliveries, and installing appliances.

Our maintenance technicians may work with any of the following: * Electrical * Plumbing * Carpentry * Drywall * Painting * Flooring * Appliances * Exterior Structures (HVAC is a plus)

This position has the following requirements:

* Applicant must furnish their own basic tools. * Must have reliable transportation. * Candidate must possess a current valid driver's license and insurance. * Applicants must complete a background check.

Job Duties: •Perform General Maintenance on portfolio of Managed Properties •Accurately record information for tracking of work orders • This position will perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns, diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc., and ensure that work orders are responded to professionally and promptly. HVAC is a plus. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and work with outside contractors as needed. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience for all.
