CDL Driver

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and professional CDL Driver with a Passenger Endorsement to join our team. Our ideal candidate is customer-focused, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist on and off the bus but no further.

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport passengers to designated locations.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Follow assigned routes and schedules; adapt to changes when necessary.

Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with boarding and exiting as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle interior.

Complete daily driving logs and necessary reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement.

Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 10 years.

Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.

Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Ability to handle emergency or medical fragility.
