HVAC Service Technician/ Pipefitter

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician/ Pipefitter to join our AMAZING team!

Top Notch HVAC is a 4th-generation contractor and locally owned in Metrowest. We take pride in the big things, like the best heating, cooling, and air quality services around, and the little things, too - like being on time! We are growing our business and looking for skilled technicians/ pipefitters to add to our team.

Top Notch HVAC is looking to hire a full-time HVAC service technician/ pipefitter with at least 3 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, as well as a team player.

Salary will commensurate with experience and you will receive excellent benefits, which include, 100% Medical, 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.

Responsibilities:

Complies with all applicable codes and regulations associated with operating, repairing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.

Performs preventative maintenance and repairs to all mechanical equipment and systems.

Maintains a professional, safe and clean environment.

Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Troubleshoots HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and performs necessary repairs.

Maintains HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the maintenance program.

Adheres to established HVAC work order

Qualifications include:

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Strong customer service skills

Full-time
