Description
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a group of attorneys and legal staff
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle expense reporting
Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and legal documents
Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for internal and client use
Track and follow up on deadlines, case milestones, and project deliverables
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to facilitate communication and workflow
Support the Manager of Administrative Assistants with department-wide initiatives and special projects
Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or executive administrative assistant role, preferably within a global or large law firm
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, formulas) and PowerPoint (professional formatting, animations, templates)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
