They're expanding their Transportation & Municipal Engineering team in Columbus, OH and looking for a Senior Bridge/Structural Engineer to step into a high-impact leadership role.

What You'll Do:
Manage the Columbus bridge/structures group and lead project delivery
Mentor and develop junior engineers
Oversee technical work, QA/QC, and project strategy
Engage in business development and client relationships
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver excellence on every project
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's a plus)
15 years of bridge/structural engineering experience
PE license required (SE license a plus)
Proven experience with ODOT and local agency projects
Familiarity with MicroStation, OpenRoads CE, OpenBridge a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building strong teams
