Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated General Laborers and Machine Operators to join our team! In this role, you will support the manufacturing process by operating machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. We’re looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to help us meet our production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines

Perform routine machine inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functionality

Execute tasks requiring simple math calculations for measurements and production tracking

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company safety and cleanliness standards

Assist in troubleshooting minor machine issues and report significant malfunctions to the supervisor

Follow detailed work orders and instructions to ensure production targets are met

Support the team with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have the following traits and/or skills:

Strong work ethic with a focus on reliability and punctuality

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow specific instructions

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors

Proven attendance record and reliability

Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Problem-solving skills to address production or equipment issues

Pay:

Starting pay: $15/hr. with wage progression of at least $0.75 every 90 days

Top pay rate of $21/hr. – a minimum increase every year!
