Monday through Friday schedule with shift completion flexibility

Minimum 30 units per week based on patient availability

Home health setting providing adult care services

EMR: HomeCare HomeBase

OASIS experience required for home health visits

1 - 2 years therapy experience required

On-call coverage may be requested

Rural territory covering multiple counties

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
