Veeva Vault System Admin/Project Manager

Job Description

List 3-5 hard requirements for the role:

· Ability to manage projects, including planning, validation, and deployment.

· Experience configuring and administering a validated quality system.

· Basic programming/technical experience.

List any preferred requirements that would stand out on a resume:

· Experience working as an Administrator for Veeva Vault content management applications

· Understanding of software lifecycle process.

· Ability to manage, communicate, and coordinate the project management phases.

· Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.

Knowledge of best practices for document control and quality content management.

Years’ of experience required:

· 3 – 5 years (preferably in Medical Device or other Regulated Industry)

· Technical background/ software systems

· Validating experience

· Quality Control

· Change Control

· Required education level/certifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field
