We are a small family business located in the San Fernando Valley for over 30 years that specializes in light commercial HVAC installations. We are currently looking to hire experienced lead installers that can perform full HVAC system installations from start to finish. Must have experience with sheet metal ductwork and the ability to work well with others. Must have leadership skills to be able to lead other team members into the successful completion of the project. Must have experience with basic power tools, hand tools and construction power equipment such as scissor lifts. Job will require occasional travel from LA County to surrounding Counties so a valid CA Driver's License is a requirement.

Must have the following requirements:

Valid CA Drivers License (Clean Record)

Experience with sheet metal ductwork

Strong Leadership Skills

At least 4+ yrs experience in light commercial HVAC installs

Ability to handle physical workload

Must be able to read mechanical plans

Familiarity with local codes

Must have ability to work well with others

Must live within San Fernando Valley

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Responsibilities:

Must show up on time every day and be able to drive anywhere the job requires despite traffic situations. You will be responsible for properly installing light commercial HVAC equipment such as Rooftop Units and Split-Systems along with sheet metal ductwork and occasional flexible ductwork. Job demands the ability to work safe in ladders and able to handle extreme conditions such as hot attics, crawl spaces and high roofs.
